Supply Chain Quality Manager
(with sustainability focus)
Job description
- Supplier performance monitoring, supplier evaluation
- Supplier development to meet Körber Hungária’s standards for quality, on-time delivery, costs and sustainability
- International cooperation, daily contact with other departments
- Contribution to the development of a strategic supplier base
- Planning and implementation of supplier audits, development and implementation of action plans and active monitoring of implementation
- Continuous improvement of compliance with sustainability requirements among the supplier base
- Active participation in the further development of Körber Hungária’s internal supplier evaluation system
Requirements
Must have:
- Willingness to travel worldwide with fitness to travel (health)
- Driving licence
- Fluency in English (B2)
Requirement skills (should have most, further training and qualification possible):
- Expert knowledge of the German Supply Chain Sustainability Act (LkSG), de-carbonization of the supply chain (Scope 3.1) and sustainable value creation
- Supplier auditor according to ISO19011
- Expert knowledge in supply chain management for supplier evaluation, supplier development and implementation of action to recover or improve performance
- Certified project manager
- Presentation and moderation experience
- Confident user of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Intercultural understanding
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Rhetorical skills
